Game Make and Create
Terms of Service · Last updated November 1, 2026
Welcome to Game Make and Create (gmc.the191.com), a small, family-made app where you build a level and a character, then play your own game. By using it you agree to these simple terms.
Using the app
The app is free and you can use it as a guest, no account needed. Please use it kindly: don't try to break it, overload it, or use it to harm anyone or anything. Keep the names and text you type friendly and free of private information.
Your account
Signing in with Google is optional. You're responsible for what happens under your Google account. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us and sign out.
What you make
The games, levels, characters and text you create are yours. We don't claim ownership of them. We may remove anything that is harmful or unkind.
Things can change
This is a hobby project. It is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available, error-free, or that saved games will be kept forever. We may change, pause, or remove features, or remove accounts that misuse the app. Please don't rely on it as your only copy of anything important.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app.
Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
